Carrabba's Italian Grill was founded by Johnny Carrabba and Damian Mandola in Houston, Texas in 1986. Chicken Alfredo Pizza
CHICKEN ALFREDO PIZZA
Carrabba's Copycat Recipe
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
2 med.skinned,boned chicken breast halves each cut diagonally in 8
1/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
3/4 cup bottled 4 cheese Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup sliced scallions
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet. Unroll dough and press onto cookie sheet. Bake 7 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
Put chicken and flour in a plastic food bag,shake to coat. Heat the oil in a non stick skillet over med heat. Shake excess flour off chicken,and add to skillet and saute 2 minutes. Add garlic,turning chicken once, and cook 2 to 3 minutes until pale golden. Remove from skillet.
Spread sauce on baked crust.Arrange chicken on sauce.Top with cheeses and scallions.Bake 6 to 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
